This short 8 minutes video is an excellent visual book summary of Peter Thiel’s “Zero to One” by Nathan Lozeron. I firmly believe a must-read for everyone interested in innovation and building next-generation businesses.
The author Peter Thiel was the co‐founder and CEO of PayPal. His counter-part was a guy called Elon Musk. Quite a team -:).
Peter Thiel supported folks her hired and mentored when running Paypal. These people left Paypal and built other successful companies after, like Yelp, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This group of people is also known as the “PayPal Mafia.”
I believe reading “Zero to One” is very valuable as you get some excellent insights about what is essential when founding and running a company. His theses are controversial from my perspective, the foster critical thinking—his view on competition and monopolies as an example.
